Billy Corgan's Wrestlers, Clerks Quick-Stop, Punk Museum Artifacts Added to Riot Fest
Riot Fest Announces Additional Lineup, Including NWA Stars
Riot Fest has added a diverse array of attractions to its 2023 lineup, including professional wrestlers from Billy Corgan's National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), a recreation of the iconic Quick-Stop convenience store from Kevin Smith's Clerks films, and artifacts from the newly opened Punk Museum in Las Vegas.
Professional Wrestling Takes Center Stage
The NWA will present a special "Riot Fest Wrestling" event on Sunday, September 17th, featuring some of the biggest stars in professional wrestling today. The card will include appearances by reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion Tyrus, former WWE Champion Matt Cardona, and rising star "The Pope" Elijah Burke.
Clerks Convenience Store Recreation
Fans of Kevin Smith's beloved Clerks films will be able to step into the iconic Quick-Stop convenience store at Riot Fest. The store will be recreated in all its glory, complete with products and props from the movies. Visitors can expect to see Dante and Randal behind the counter, and they can even take photos with the life-sized Jay and Silent Bob statue.
Punk Rock History on Display
The Punk Museum, which opened its doors in Las Vegas earlier this year, will be bringing a collection of artifacts to Riot Fest. The exhibit will include items from the personal collections of punk rock icons such as Iggy Pop, Johnny Rotten, and Debbie Harry.
Additional Lineup Additions
In addition to these special attractions, Riot Fest has also added a number of bands to its lineup, including:
- The Interrupters
- The Menzingers
- The Story So Far
- Turnstile
- Knocked Loose
