Company to Proceed With Planned Redomestication to Bermuda

Third-Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call Scheduled for October 27, 2023

WEB HAMILTON, Bermuda - October 26, 2023 - Everest Re Group Ltd. (NYSE:RE) ("Everest" or the "Group") today announced that its shareholders have approved the previously announced plan to redomesticate the Company to Bermuda. The redomestication is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The redomestication is intended to provide Everest with greater flexibility and efficiency in managing its global operations and capital structure. Upon the completion of the redomestication, Everest will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and will maintain its headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.

Third-Quarter Earnings Release and Conference Call

Everest will release its third-quarter 2023 financial results on Thursday, October 27, 2023, before the market opens. The Company will host a conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 a.m. ET on the same day.
